Close to Loch Garten with its famous Ospreys, this converted Steading nestles between the RSPB Abernethy Nature Reserve and the River Spey. It is an ideal base from which to walk, cycle, fish, wildlife or birdwatch, explore, or simply relax and enjoy the superb panoramic views over the Spey Valley.

The Steading is situated off the B970, halfway between Boat of Garten and Nethybridge.

The accommodation is of a high standard with four bedrooms, central heating and double glazing. It is a non-smoking property.
